What you will do

• Collect and prioritize product requirements, define features, and manage the product roadmap.
• Drive product adoption using data and product-led growth techniques.
• Engage with enterprise-scale customers to ensure high satisfaction with product offerings.
• Collaborate daily with sales, professional services, business development, and operations.
• Work closely with hirify.global technology partners to guarantee successful integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or other customer-facing technical roles.
• Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding complex systems.
• Experience working with large global enterprises.
• Knowledge of SDLC (software development lifecycle) in enterprises.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, mainly in English.
• BSc in computer science/engineering, or 2-4 years of hands-on software development experience is an advantage.

• Experience in information security and enterprise IT.
