**The role

** At Bitstack, we believe that great product & design are key to win in a competitive market.

Since we operate without product managers, you’ll have the opportunity to lead projects end-to-end , from discovery to delivery, working side by side with engineers. You’ll own the vision, the craft, and the impact.

For this role, we expect robust design skills, sharp product thinking, and the ability to engage in technical discussions. We work in small, autonomous project teams, where engineers are paired tightly with designers to explore ideas, build prototypes, deploy internal builds, and ultimately ship to customers. You will be a key element of projects from beginning to end.

**What You'll Do

**

• Collaborate closely with engineering, care, and compliance to deliver impactful projects

• Create mockups, prototypes, and high-quality visuals with exceptional attention to detail
• Use and improve our lightweight design system components
• Communicate design decisions with clarity, inviting feedback while holding a strong vision
• Contribute to set the bar for design quality and the culture for how design works at Bitstack

**What We’re Looking For

**

• Proven track record of designing high-quality products in fast-paced start-up environment

• Strong command of visual design, UI patterns, and interaction principles
• Experience with prototyping in Figma (and beyond with tools like AI)
• Ability to lead projects independently — from discovery to shipping
• Pragmatic mindset: you balance design quality with speed, business goals, and technical constraints
• Clear communicator who can distill feedback and articulate design decisions
• Bonus: You ship to production, perhaps with a little help from AI
