What you will do

• Adapt staff size to business needs and enable healthy team growth.
• Provide HR guidance and policy interpretation to line management.
• Cooperate on contract terms, promotions, transfers, division restructures, and workforce planning.
• Identify training needs for the division and individual executive coaching.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance including coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements to reduce risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Attend weekly/monthly meetings with respective divisions and provide feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, psychology, business, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent consulting and communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to develop strong trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results.
• Analytical and goal-oriented approach.
• Self-directed, motivated, and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
