What you will do

• Manage and support designers from various disciplines, helping them grow their skills.
• Align design work with Arrowhead’s vision and goals.
• Guide professional development and foster a culture of high standards and continuous improvement.
• Lead through influence, coaching, mentoring, and enabling others to excel in their crafts.
• Recruit and onboard new team members.
• Conduct performance reviews, development talks, and salary discussions.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Lead or Manager within design disciplines in the game industry.
• Passionate about leading people, building strong teams, and cultivating collaborative environments.
• Understand the balance between creative freedom and production discipline.
• Confidence to handle challenges constructively and keep your team motivated through change.
• Can guide identifying what excellence looks like in design craft and help others get there.
• Communicate clearly and thoughtfully in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of guiding successful technical teams in the game industry.
• Must be eligible to work in Sweden.
