Tech Support Engineer (L2/L3)

Role: Tech Support Engineer
🌍 Fully Remote | Full-time

🏢 Company: A US-based startup founded by serial entrepreneurs with successful exits, backed by major industry investors.

🛠 Product: A decentralized AI compute network aggregating GPUs from around the world, a fast, cost-efficient alternative to centralized cloud providers.

🎯 What you'll do:
- Be the bridge between network participants and the core engineering team
- Triage and resolve technical issues: connectivity, configuration, sync, transactions
- Collect logs, reproduce bugs, write quality bug reports
- Improve documentation and automate recurring support workflows
- Participate in releases and post-release monitoring

📋 What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in technical support (L2), infrastructure, QA, or a closely adjacent engineering role
- Confident with Linux, logs, and basic network diagnostics
- Systematic problem-solver with strong written communication
- Understanding of blockchain basics or a genuine drive to learn
- English and Russian at B2+

➕ Nice to have:
- Monitoring and logging tools
- Experience supporting or operating blockchain networks
- Understanding of basic security principles
- Docker/containers
- Understanding of AI/LLM inference as a service at least at the level of ‘what can go wrong’
- Experience dealing with incidents: on-call, postmortem, runbooks, SLA
