What you will do
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers through telephone, e-mail, chat, and website.
- Provide first-class service to partners and customers.
- Understand products and services to help find the best solutions for customers.
- Collaborate with technical staff and clients to establish goals and objectives for system improvements and upgrades.
- Create and implement new processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction while reducing costs.
- Maintain and write new articles for the customer knowledge base.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience within customer support.
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Ability to quickly recognize problems, form solutions, and execute solutions/procedures.
- Good computer skills and technical interest.
