Location: Hybrid from Switzerland (Chiasso). Must be legally authorised to work in Switzerland and not require visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Lead and scale the data organization across the business.
  • Drive data-driven transformation to enhance traveler experiences.
  • Build and develop high-performing data analytics teams.
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships to translate data capabilities into business value.
  • Set direction for data analytics initiatives and deploy technical knowledge.
  • Report directly to the Chief Data Officer.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Managerial and Tech leader in Data Analytics.
  • Accountability for managing people and setting strategic direction.
  • Strong capabilities in deploying resources and technical knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model from Switzerland (Chiasso).
  • Legally authorised to work in Switzerland.
  • Do not require visa sponsorship for employment in Switzerland.
