Focus on working directly with senior leadership and product teams, experimenting with real data to prove and tune functionality, and owning work across the full lifecycle.

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Dublin)

What you will do

• Build and ship AI-driven features end-to-end.
• Work directly with senior leadership and product teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years building production software.
• Strong PHP experience.
• Good database fundamentals (SQL / NoSQL).
• Testing mindset (unit + integration).
• AWS or any other major cloud experience.

Nice to have

• AI / ML / LLM exposure.
• FastAPI or Symfony.
• CI/CD experience.
• Frontend experience.
