Test Engineer

TL;DR

Test Engineer (RPA Testing): Ensuring robust quality across automation pipelines, validating Python integrations and Document Understanding accuracy, and automating test scripts with AI-assisted QA where applicable. Focus on functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing for Agentic workflows.

What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable, reusable test automation frameworks using hirify.global Testing Platform.
• Create automated test scripts to validate end-to-end functionality, API integrations, UI Automation and workflow processes.
• Configure and deploy test bots using hirify.global automation tools to simulate user interactions and system testing.
• Generate detailed test execution reports and track issues using hirify.global Insights, defect management tools and ALM tools.
• Work closely with business analysts, product managers, test manager to define test requirements and validate outcomes.
• Proactively Identify bottlenecks, challenges and potential product improvements and recommend optimizations to improve system efficiency, stability and scalability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of RPA testing experience with hirify.global.
• Exposure to testing AI/ML-driven and non-deterministic automations.
• Familiarity with Python, C#, VB.NET for scripting and data driven testing.
• Experience with test automation tools and AI-based QA platforms is a plus.

Nice to have

• hirify.global certifications such as "hirify.global Test Suite Developer" or "hirify.global Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD)." or hirify.global Software Testing Engineer Professional or hirify.global Automation Developer Professional
• Experience in robotic process automation (RPA) and its application in testing workflows.
• Knowledge of Selenium, Appium, or other complementary test automation frameworks and tools that use Python and/or C#
