What you will do

• Manage content and brochure publications for your assigned customer portfolio.
• Ensure the online content we publish meets high-quality standards.
• Regularly communicate with customers via email or calls.
• Collaborate closely with other teams, including Campaign, Sales, and Product.
• Contribute to process improvements and optimisations with your input.

Requirements

• Excellent French skills (C1-C2 level, including perfect spelling).
• Fluent in English.
• Natural service-oriented mindset and comfortable communicating.
• Ability to work autonomously, independently, and with attention to detail.
• Experience in using MS Office and CMS.
• Planning to live in Berlin long-term.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Jira and Salesforce.
