What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers and cross-functional teams to enhance the platform.
• Build and integrate REST APIs and work with databases.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with automated testing.
• Implement authentication and identity workflows and support DevOps practices.
• Apply Domain-Driven Design and event-driven patterns.

Requirements

• Strong backend development skills with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Proficiency with frontend technologies (React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Tailwind).
• Experience building REST APIs and working with relational and document databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB/DynamoDB).
• Skilled in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code with unit, component, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), preferably in AWS.
• Excellent spoken and written English language skills.

Nice to have

• Domain-Driven Design, Kafka, or event-driven architectures experience.
