What you will do

• Lead front-end development using React, TypeScript, and Next.js while contributing to back-end services.
• Drive project execution and mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers on product roadmap planning and user story refinement.
• Optimize end-to-end SDLC and implement observability tools like DataDog for production monitoring.
• Design intuitive customer-facing flows to improve conversion and user engagement in financial services.
• Provide technical leadership to ensure high engineering standards without over-engineering solutions.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Staff Engineer role.
• Advanced proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Next.js (preferably v13+).
• English proficiency: B2 level or higher.
• Experience with large-scale production applications and web performance optimization.
• Experience with Node.js and observability tools like DataDog.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with GraphQL.
• Knowledge of Astro.js.
• Experience with complex data analytics schemas and CI/CD pipelines.
