What you will do

• Execute and maintain recurring operational workflows related to workforce tracking, reporting, and internal documentation.
• Review and validate data across systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal policies.
• Coordinate operational requests for the Barcelona hub, ensuring clear communication, tracking, and timely follow-ups.
• Support onboarding logistics and maintain documentation for consistent new hire experiences.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day operational inquiries, escalating when appropriate and ensuring closure.
• Own end-to-end coordination of onsite and offsite team events in Barcelona, including vendor management and logistics.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Project Coordination, HR Operations, or Event Coordination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple parallel workstreams.
• High attention to detail, especially when working with structured data, reporting, and documentation.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers, and process-driven environments.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish is a plus.
