Junior/Middle Fullstack Python/React

Workload — Full-time
Duration — longterm
Location — any (except RF and RB)

Who we're looking for:

You’re a engineer with deep experience building and shipping real products
You know how to move fast without breaking things, clean code, tested logic, thoughtful structure
You’re fluent in both frontend and backend (React, Python, FastAPI), and can own features end-to-end.

You're comfortable working with vector databases (we use Qdrant) and have strong fundamentals in modern backend architecture
You can take a feature from “rough idea” to production with minimal guidance
You’re comfortable in a fast-paced, async startup environment
You care A LOT about UX and product quality, not just code
You write clear async updates so the whole team stays aligned

💼 What you’ll actually do

Design, build, and ship new features across our web app and Chrome extension
Improve performance, stability, and scalability across the stack
Own parts of our architecture and help shape the technical direction
Review PRs and collaborate closely with other devs and product teammates
Help keep technical debt low with thoughtful refactors and solid testing
