Our client is a UK-based fintech company (licensed EMI, regulated by FCA) providing a digital banking/payments platform for businesses, simplifying international payments and multicurrency operations.
What you will do
- Manage and grow relationships with business clients.
- Support client onboarding, including KYC/KYB flow coordination.
- Monitor client activity and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Resolve issues across payments, cards, FX, and wallets.
- Collaborate with operations, compliance, and tech teams.
- Increase product adoption and identify upsell opportunities.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in fintech, EMI, PSP, or digital banking.
- Deep understanding of payment flows (SEPA, SWIFT, cards, FX, wallets).
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage clients end-to-end without micromanagement, demonstrating a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English and Russian is required.
- Must work on-site in Riga.
