What you will do

• Collaborate with account teams to define value delivery strategies and engage customers to quantify challenges and benefits.
• Define and communicate hirify.global's value proposition and lead business value reviews/cases.
• Create and deliver boardroom-quality executive documents and presentations.
• Work with product and engineering teams to tailor solutions and act as a subject matter expert.
• Provide training to colleagues and contribute to improving value engineering practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, financial/investment analysis, or solution architecture within the software industry.
• Knowledge and experience in value-based selling methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects.
• Ability to quantify value and deliver dynamic and impactful presentations to executives.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA/public accounting background.
