What you will do

• Collaborate closely with account teams to identify value delivery strategies for key accounts.
• Engage with customers to identify, understand, and quantify their unique challenges and potential benefits.
• Define and communicate the hirify.global value proposition in alignment with customer objectives.
• Lead business value reviews/business cases and communicate realized value and economic benefits.
• Create and deliver boardroom-quality, executive documents and presentations.
• Work collaboratively with product and engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet specific customer needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, financial/investment analysis, or solution architecture within the software industry.
• Ability to quantify value, create and deliver dynamic and impactful presentations to executives.
• Knowledge and experience in value-based-selling methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Work format: Hybrid, must be based in Tokyo or Osaka, Japan.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA/public accounting background.
