What you will do

• Implement and optimize scientific workflows and pipelines, ideally in an Omics/NGS context.
• Integrate workflows with HPC and batch execution systems.
• Focus on reproducibility, versioning, and operationalization of workflows.
• Collaborate with storage and platform teams for I/O-heavy pipeline tuning.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with scientific workflows/pipelines.
• Experience with integration into HPC/batch execution environments.
• Ability to focus on reproducibility, versioning, and operationalization.
• English: B2 required

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow engines (Nextflow, Snakemake, Cromwell, WDL, Airflow or equivalents).
• Experience with containerized workflows (Apptainer, Singularity, Docker).
• Experience with AWS Batch.
