What you will do

• Understand client business processes and map them to technology solutions.
• Functionally customize applications and design enhancements/extensions.
• Partner with application developers and business users to implement process changes.
• Lead process improvements and conduct "as-is/to-be" analysis for business processes or IT.
• Advise clients on the implementation of one or more package modules.
• Facilitate workshops and perform integration and user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• Mastered at least one methodology in-depth.
• Advanced knowledge of one or more business domains.
• Advanced knowledge of one or more SaaS or package software solutions.
• Wide knowledge of industry innovations and competitor activity.
• Actively engage in and contribute to internal and external knowledge developments.
• Maintain certifications on SaaS or Package Based solutions and relevant methodologies.
