What you will do

• Provide first line incident support and management, working with internal and external customers and vendors.
• Monitor network and security systems within global multi-region, multi-tenant cloud and on-premises environments.
• Document processes and issues using tools like Confluence, Service Now, and Visio/Lucid Charts.
• Work with leadership and other teams to establish processes that will reduce MTTI/MTTD/MTTR.
• Create technical-level communications to gain credibility/trust of internal and external customers.
• Maintain technical knowledge of network and cloud technologies, and manage certificate lifecycles.

Requirements

• 4 years of validated experience managing network technologies in a large globally diverse environment.
• Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Experience with stateful firewalls and packet inspection techniques.
• Experience with commonly deployed WAN technologies and concepts.
• Experience working with Citrix Netscaler or F5 load balancers.
• Experience with ITIL incident, problem, and change management.
