What you will do

• Gain deep market understanding of France to identify user pain points, competitors, and opportunities.
• Cultivate, recruit, educate, and grow local volunteer moderator communities, developing an onboarding funnel for external creators.
• Act as a public face for local volunteer moderators to build trust, drive engagement, and mediate conflicts.
• Innovate and scale the consumer growth playbook by suggesting bold ideas and aligning internal teams on new plans.
• Communicate quantitative and qualitative insights to optimize and improve international consumer growth strategies.
• Run reports, build dashboards, analyze data, set KPIs, and execute impactful community initiatives leveraging data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in community development, project management, growth, operations, or product consulting, with a track record of community-led projects.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of French culture, including current events, politics, and internet culture specific to France.
• Nuanced comprehension of the digital landscape and its cultural intricacies.
• Succinct and persuasive communication skills for effective collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
• Outstanding execution, high attention to detail, and a results-obsessed mindset.
• Deep interest in developing and driving projects, testing hypotheses, and iterating on process improvements.
• Proficiency in English is required.
