What you will do

• Architect, design, and implement foundational solutions for subscription products.
• Provide technical structure, define strategic roadmaps, and manage project priorities.
• Mentor and train other team members on design techniques and coding standards.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code.
• Ensure product and operational health.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience architecting and developing solutions to ambiguous problems with significant impact.
• Experience managing technical roadmaps and driving organizational engineering excellence.
• Experience building or scaling systems related to subscription/membership/promotion products, or growth levers.
• Experience with growth metrics (e.g., conversion, activation, retention, engagement) and A/B testing frameworks.
• Must be able to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience building financial, high reliability, or security systems.
• Crypto-forward experience, including familiarity with onchain activity such as interacting with Ethereum addresses, using ENS, and engaging with dApps or blockchain-based services.
