What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex client XR software projects.
• Create and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional internal teams daily, ensuring priorities are clear.
• Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and transparent reporting.
• Identify and mitigate risks, implementing practical solutions.
• Track and report progress, providing updates on performance and milestones.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Economics, a scientific discipline, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing software project or product management.
• Ability to lead performance-driven, cross-functional, international teams.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• German is a plus.
• Background in science, the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
• Hands-on experience with VR/XR/MR technologies is a plus.
