What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Oversee robust testing practices, including unit tests and end-to-end testing.
• Analyze complex technical requirements and champion best coding practices.
• Lead code refactoring for improved efficiency, performance, and bug reduction.
• Engage in engineering discussions for internal and customer-facing meetings.
• Collaborate with product managers and design engineers to implement new features.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with advanced proficiency in backend (.NET or .NET Core) and React/Vue, or Angular.
• Good knowledge of databases, preferably SQL Server (on-premises and cloud-based).
• Hands-on experience with the AWS cloud platform.
• Strong foundation in software analysis, testing, debugging, and the full systems development life cycle.
• Ability to independently set up development environments and make autonomous decisions.
• Excellent team leadership and collaboration skills.
• English level: Upper-intermediate or higher (B2+).
