What you will do

• Prototype and experiment with generative AI, LLMs, and classical ML for telco challenges.
• Develop AI-based automation concepts and proof-of-concepts integrated with telco infrastructure.
• Define architectures and protocols for agentic systems and optimize inference workflows.
• Collaborate with telco domain experts to co-create innovative AI solutions.
• Document and share technical findings, contribute to scientific publications and patents.

Requirements

• Must be located in Poland or able to work hybrid in Warsaw.
• Minimum 5 years experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning with strong AI focus.
• Extensive experience with LLMs, advanced prompting, and decision-making systems.
• Proficient in Python and understanding of TypeScript.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, Git, IP networking, and cloud AI platforms.
• Strong communication skills for documentation and presentations.
