What you will do

• Guide operational resilience strategy, incident response, continuity planning, and risk management.
• Manage day-to-day payment operations and ensure transaction flow.
• Monitor card payment processing, settlements, and processor integrations.
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues across the payment lifecycle (authorization → capture → settlement → reconciliation).
• Support and maintain payment integrations and APIs, resolving failures.
• Coordinate incident management with internal and external partners, ensuring SLA resolution.

Requirements

• Experience in payment card operations or fintech technical operations.
• Understanding of payment processing concepts: authorization, capture, refunds, chargebacks.
• Hands-on experience with payment APIs and ability to troubleshoot API requests, responses, and payloads.
• Strong skills to identify and solve payment issues across the full payment lifecycle.
• Experience working with local processors, acquirers, gateways, or PSPs.
• Technical knowledge of API protocols (REST, Webhooks), logs, monitoring tools, and incident tracking systems.

Nice to have

• Background in Technical Support, Engineering, or Payments Product Support.
• Experience in high-volume or real-time payment environments.
• Exposure to cloud environments or monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Kibana, Grafana).
