Location: On-site in Pune, India. Willingness to work in night shift on a long-term basis.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure, preferably on AWS.
• Architect and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters, improving reliability and auto-scaling.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, ArgoCD) and implement zero-downtime deployment strategies.
• Own monitoring, alerting, and logging strategy using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
• Implement IAM best practices, improve secrets management, and partner with the security team on compliance.
• Lead root cause analysis for major incidents, drive postmortems, and define SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.

Requirements

• 6+ years in DevOps / SRE / Cloud Engineering.
• Strong experience with AWS (VPC, IAM, EC2, S3, RDS, EKS).
• Deep Kubernetes experience, specifically with production clusters.
• Strong understanding of networking and Linux systems.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
• Experience implementing monitoring & alerting systems (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Strong scripting skills (Python / Bash).
• Experience managing production systems with high availability requirements.
• Good understanding of databases like Postgres and MySQL.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
