What you will do

• Block out and build levels, iterating heavily based on playtesting and feedback.
• Collaborate with art, design, and code teams to ensure high visual quality, gameplay, and feature integration.
• Take full ownership of level development, from paper design through whitebox, scripting, and optimization until the game ships.
• Manage or supervise the work of established Strike Teams.
• Perform bug fixing and describe case studies in the knowledge base.
• Share knowledge with less experienced peers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional level design experience.
• Typically at least one successful shipped AAA title on PC or console.
• Experience in level design, both practical and theoretical (chokepoints, routes, lines of sight, engagement distances).
• Experience working with the shooter genre.
• Full working proficiency with Unreal Engine 4 or 5 editor.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting languages and understanding of programming paradigms.
• Knowledge of Maya, 3DS Max, or similar 3D packages.
• Unreal Blueprint experience.
