What you will do
- Manage and implement settings for new users, forwarders, and shipping points in TCM and TMS systems.
- Provide daily support across integrated TMS environments (nEXt, Carrier Connect, Carrier Select, ASM, TCM).
- Support ongoing development, verify changes through rigorous testing, and manage tasks in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal customers and stakeholders regarding TCM/TMS issues.
- Initiate and support problem-solving and improvement activities, ensuring standardized work and SOPs.
- Analyze, create, and maintain process documentation and training materials, managing change requests for export control compliance.
Requirements
- Experience with ERP, TMS, or similar IT systems.
- 3-5 years of experience from an export company or freight forwarding industry, preferably international business.
- English: Excellent spoken and written qualifications required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and provide solutions.
- Experience with improvement tools (e.g., 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Knowledge of Export Control and Trade Sanctions (advantage).
