hirify.global is a fast-growing French Fintech developing a financial Operating System for SMEs and Accounting Firms across Europe.

What you will do

• Analyze partner needs and design effective technical solutions for integrations.
• Act as a technical liaison between partners and internal teams (partnerships, product, sales).
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with partners to drive integration success and revenue.
• Monitor integration projects and ensure timely go-live within defined timeframes.
• Gather partner feedback to improve product and API documentation.
• Create content and guidelines for developers and tech teams (dev toolkit, guidelines).

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Tech support, Solution Engineer, or Tech pre-sales.
• Strong experience in API integration and understanding of API standards (REST, OAuth 2.0, OpenAPI).
• Knowledge of software design and architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL and Datadog for log and database analysis.
• Work remotely from a country within Europe.
• English language proficiency (B2+).
• Maintain a maximum two-hour time difference from CET time zone.

Nice to have

• Appetite for no code/low code software (Zapier, Make).
• Experience in programming languages such as Python, Ruby, or JavaScript.
