What you will do
- Analyze partner needs and design effective technical solutions for integrations.
- Act as a technical liaison between partners and internal teams (partnerships, product, sales).
- Build and maintain strong technical relationships with partners to drive integration success and revenue.
- Monitor integration projects and ensure timely go-live within defined timeframes.
- Gather partner feedback to improve product and API documentation.
- Create content and guidelines for developers and tech teams (dev toolkit, guidelines).
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Tech support, Solution Engineer, or Tech pre-sales.
- Strong experience in API integration and understanding of API standards (REST, OAuth 2.0, OpenAPI).
- Knowledge of software design and architecture.
- Proficiency in SQL and Datadog for log and database analysis.
- Work remotely from a country within Europe.
- English language proficiency (B2+).
- Maintain a maximum two-hour time difference from CET time zone.

- Experience in programming languages such as Python, Ruby, or JavaScript.
