TL;DR

Copywriter (Content Creation): Crafting creative and engaging copy for internal and global communications, spanning internal initiatives to marketing campaigns across hirify.global's IPs with an accent on press releases, ad copy, and internal PR blasts. Focus on developing a distinct voice and shaping the communication with players worldwide.

Location: In-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity in Warsaw, Poland.

Salary: 12,100 – 16,610 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Deliver best-in-class, clean, and to-the-point messaging.
• Write, iterate, and deliver publishable copy across a wide range of projects and topics.
• Proofread, offer feedback, and fine-edit copy to meet internal house style standards.
• Ensure accessible communication standards are met, including writing alt text for social media.
• Create/participate in the creation of communication materials across all Studio IPs and projects.
• Translate copy from Polish to English.

Requirements

• Native command of English / C2 level English for non-native speakers.
• Strong understanding of Polish with solid writing skills.
• 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Education in English studies, editing, professional / creative writing, or similar.
• Wide knowledge of games and video-gaming trends.
• Strong editorial skills and good communication skills.

Nice to have

• Background in advertising (agency or in-house).
• Portfolio of writing samples to share.
• Working knowledge of PR, marketing communication, and social media.
• Experience with writing accessible communication.
