Salary: 14,800–20,350 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Lead complex web design projects to maintain brand consistency across online platforms.
• Design and deliver responsive web layouts, landing pages, and campaign experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visual storytelling and functionality with project objectives.
• Partner with developers to ensure design fidelity and provide clear handoff specifications.
• Maintain accessibility standards (WCAG AA) and localization readiness for multi-language support.
• Support junior designers, mentor on responsive design, and manage multiple web projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web or graphic design (with a strong focus on web).
• Advanced Figma skills, including components, libraries, and design tokens.
• Expertise in responsive design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Working understanding of HTML/CSS, browser behavior, and developer collaboration.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and localization challenges.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
