What you will do

• Support the full quality assurance process across mobile, web, and backend.
• Create clear test plans and test cases based on product requirements.
• Run exploratory, regression, and release testing across platforms.
• Organize bug tracking, document issues clearly, and align closely with product managers.
• Drive team testing sessions and continuously improve our QA processes and monitoring.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a QA Specialist, Software Tester, or similar role.
• Experience in creating test strategies, writing test plans, and ensuring product quality.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify bugs or issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive mindset - taking ownership and driving improvements.
• Must be based in Vienna or willing to relocate.
• EU citizenship or a valid Austrian work visa (unfortunately, we can’t sponsor non-EU applicants for this role).

Nice to have

• Experience working with project management and issue-tracking tools like Jira.
• Experience with API testing tools.
• Experience with performance and security testing.
• Experience with automated testing.
• A good understanding of UI/UX, common design and navigation patterns, and accessibility plus the willingness to work closely with designers to create the best possible user experience.
