What you will do

• Lead analytics solution design and delivery for campaign performance across media channels.
• Build and manage dashboards, KPIs, and reports for internal and advertiser needs.
• Drive media attribution, incrementality testing, and ROI analysis.
• Develop customer segmentation, behavioral insights, and targeting strategies.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable business insights and compelling data stories.
• Support pre- and post-campaign analysis with external brand partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related fields.
• Strong SQL skills, capable of writing complex queries.
• Expertise in data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or consumer analytics.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
