Financial Analyst

TL;DR

Financial Analyst (Data Analytics): Creating and developing Power BI reports and optimizing existing reporting within Hollister Global Finance areas with an accent on data analytics, BPC reporting, and FP&A. Focus on designing and implementing dashboards, enhancing management reporting, and automating processes with Power Automate/Query/RPA.

What you will do

• Design and implement dashboards and analyses using Power-BI.
• Independently enhance existing management reporting using MS Excel and Power-BI.
• Support the development and enhancement of standardized processes related to various KPIs.
• Optimize and simplify processes to enable profitable business development and resource utilization.
• Automate processes with Power Automate, Power Query, and RPA.
• Provide project-related support for various Finance departments.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Business Information Systems, or a highly analytical field.
• At least 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, BPC reporting, and FP&A.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to data accuracy, and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Work onsite in Gurugram, India.
