What you will do

• Manage the production and delivery of all animation.
• Organize and supervise animators, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.
• Maintain relationships with outsource partners and resolve risks to the pipeline.
• Collaborate with the Art Director to verify in-game animation quality.
• Drive rapid prototypes and establish workflows with Art, Tech, and Design.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the animation team.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of animation principles and character anatomy.
• Hand and key animation skills, proficient in Maya or 3DS MAX.
• Proven experience in mentoring or leadership through a full development cycle.
• Experience with scheduling and outsourcing.
• General understanding of technical and animation pipelines, including rigging and engine integration.
• Shipped a high-quality game on mobile or console.
• English language skills required; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
