What you will do

• Act as a technical partner to regional sales teams throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Design and recommend solution architectures aligned to customer needs and expectations.
• Deliver demonstrations, webinars, and customer training sessions.
• Support customers in improving their data management processes and outcomes.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively support positive experiences.
• Assist with product upgrades, new releases, and the introduction of new solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in geoscience data solutions, best practice data management, and subsurface data workflows.
• Tertiary qualification in geology, hydrogeology, earth sciences, engineering, or a closely-related discipline.
• Demonstrable ability to provide pre-sales technical and solution support to sales teams.
• Ability to demonstrate and train customers across the entire software solution set.
• Confident oral and written communication skills in English.
• Proven team player with a self-starter attitude, able to work independently and self-manage workload effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience in cloud solutions.
• Operational experience in mine operations, exploration, civil ground engineering, or consulting.
• Experience using, developing, or testing commercial software in GIS, geospatial, 3D modelling, geoscience, numerical modelling, or data management.
• Experience in MX Deposit, Imago, Central, and Leapfrog.
