What you will do

• Provide operational oversight for all SOC activities and manage the incident response lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor the SOC team through professional development.
• Develop and mature SOC strategies, processes, and technologies.
• Prepare executive-level reports on performance and threat trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security initiatives with business objectives.
• Provide comprehensive Computer Network Defense support through security event monitoring, analytics, cyber hunt, and digital forensics.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of direct operational and program management experience in Cybersecurity programs.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience with incident response, insider threat investigations, digital forensics, and cyber threats.
• At least 5 years in a SOC leadership capacity with 5-7 years of overall cybersecurity experience.
• In-depth technical expertise in SIEM, EDR, incident response methodologies, network architectures, and security controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, STEM, or cybersecurity.
• Required Certification: CISSP.
• Clearance Level: TS (SCI Eligible).

• Certifications: GCFA, GREM, GCIH, OSCP, GPEN, GFCE or equivalent.
