What you will do

• Build and enhance the platform using Java and React, delivering seamless and performant user experiences.
• Integrate smart automations, faster approval workflows, and contextual user assistance with AI and product teams.
• Ensure responsiveness and scalability of the application, efficiently handling large data sets and user volumes.
• Partner with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to transform business needs into elegant technical solutions.
• Write robust, maintainable, and testable code, participating in code reviews and contributing to engineering excellence.
• Keep up with new trends and technologies, especially in AI/ML, and look for opportunities to evolve systems and architecture.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Strong development background with Java and React.
• Proven ability to design and build scalable applications.
• Experience in Agile environments and comfort with fast-paced iteration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality.
• Hands-on, proven experience using AI development tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or similar on a daily basis.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Experience contributing to AI-driven products or features.
