Location: Remote. Candidates must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of Central European Time (CET). This includes countries such as Ukraine, Israel, Romania, Moldova, Latvia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Serbia, Lithuania, Poland, Montenegro, Kazakhstan, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Turkey, North Macedonia.

What you will do

• Collaborate with internal and external product teams to integrate the JavaScript payment SDK and backend APIs.
• Monitor support channels, answer technical questions, and guide teams through best practices for secure integrations.
• Reproduce and debug frontend (JavaScript SDK) and backend (Golang API) integration issues, identifying root causes.
• Review, validate, and proactively improve API and SDK documentation, ensuring it matches actual system behavior.
• Utilize and provide feedback on the internal Next.js CRM for configuring products and payment flows.
• Act as the voice of integrators, sharing feedback with engineering and product to prioritize fixes and improvements.

Requirements

• Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript and frontend integrations.
• Experience working with frontend SDKs or third-party APIs.
• Ability to read and understand backend APIs (REST, JSON, auth flows).
• Comfort debugging issues across frontend and backend boundaries.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• High ownership mindset for integrations working in production.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, fintech, or checkout flows.
• Experience with React / Next.js.
• Familiarity with Golang APIs.
• Experience improving developer documentation.
• Previous experience in a Solutions Engineer or Integration Engineer role.
