What you will do

• Manage queue and close tickets within designated SLA, actioning tickets related to data and metadata fixes.
• Work with business users for clarity on tickets and provide beneficial resolutions.
• Perform daily administration and support of hirify.global’s Salesforce instance, including data fixes, bulk uploads, user management, and creation of fields, objects, rules, flows, roles, profiles, layouts, record types, reports, dashboards, alerts, and templates.
• Advise departments on best practices for customizing reports and dashboards.
• Liaise with end users for ticket resolution and educate them on Salesforce functionalities.
• Focus on minor to complex Salesforce enhancements requiring analysis, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Solid experience managing Lightning instances.
• Salesforce Admin certification required.
• Practical experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and communities.
• Familiarity with automating business processes using AI tools.
