What you will do

• Optimize existing client setups by acting as a technical expert on hirify.global's standard products.
• Build relationships with Operations and Commercial Teams to execute tasks aligned with client objectives.
• Implement new features and products for clients.
• Troubleshoot standard product issues and propose solutions.
• Contribute to the improvement and development of new tools and processes globally.
• Identify and report bugs, collaborating with escalation and R&D teams for resolution.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written (C1 level).
• Engineering or technical background with a computer science-related degree.
• Experience reviewing and debugging code in HTML, JavaScript, XML, and SQL.
• Ability to prioritize a large number of tasks and resolve issues quickly.
• Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and meticulous task execution for key and complex clients.
