What you will do

• Design leadership development solutions based on client needs.
• Develop proposals, learning journeys, facilitator guides, and presentations.
• Support facilitation of leadership development experiences.
• Work with project managers to ensure seamless delivery and client outcomes.
• Contribute to practice innovation and continuous improvement.
• Engage with client leaders and represent hirify.global.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Organizational Development, Strategy, or related field (Master’s advantageous).
• Experience in leadership development, consulting, organizational psychology, or human capital advisory.
• Strong instructional design capability and ability to create engaging learning experiences.
• High‑quality writing and presentation development skills.
• Confidence in engaging senior stakeholders and facilitating learning environments.
• Strong analytical skills, numerical reasoning, and structured problem‑solving.
