What you will do
- Lead client calls for complex accounts and provide support for reward and work measurement engagements.
- Independently review internal grading structures and junior team members’ suggested job matches.
- Develop, communicate, and implement salary survey data for rewards benchmarking.
- Own and execute medium to large custom client compensation projects and surveys.
- Proactively maintain data management systems (Salesforce) and develop best practices for efficient use.
- Research, gather, and analyze data to determine appropriate salary levels for client jobs.
Requirements
- Experience in compensation and benefits administration related activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an elevated level of proficiency in Excel.
- Strong time management and project management skills.
- Experience in questionnaire design, data analysis, presentation writing, and delivery of client projects.
- Ability to handle confidential data concerning employee information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
