What you will do

• Design, build, test, and deploy AI-driven solutions that support business workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into functional AI applications.
• Develop and maintain prompt libraries, APIs, and integration components for generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems and SaaS applications using APIs and automation tools.
• Monitor solution performance, usage, and cost metrics, optimizing for reliability and scalability.
• Stay current with advancements in AI tools and frameworks, documenting technical designs and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, automation, data engineering, or AI/ML solution development within an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI, generative AI, or LLM-based solutions in production.
• Experience developing solutions leveraging Microsoft 365, Copilot, and the Power Platform.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or embeddings.
• Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
• English: B2 required.
• Work authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
