What you will do
- Design and build cutting-edge AI applications, including MCP servers, voice-to-voice real-time apps, RAG bots, and multi-agent systems.
- Advise clients on AI strategy, joining workshops, contributing to proposals, and shaping project direction.
- Build fast, purposeful, and client-ready demos and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
- Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, and provide thoughtful code reviews to foster team growth.
- Shape internal AI practices by contributing to shared tools, frameworks, and ways of working.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI or applied data-intensive software engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, writing clean, maintainable, production-quality code.
- Hands-on experience with modern GenAI tooling like Pinecone, HuggingFace, LangChain/LangSmith, or CrewAI.
- Solid understanding and experience building RAG systems and designing agentic architectures.
- Experience with at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for deploying and maintaining systems.
- Strong interest in client-facing work and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to build trust.
- Must already have the right to work in the UK or EU; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
