What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of scalable build infrastructure supporting secure and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Architect and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks using Terraform and Ansible to provision and maintain reliable environments.
• Design and optimize containerized and orchestrated workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift across hybrid infrastructures.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing monitoring, observability, and security best practices to enhance deployment reliability and performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles within enterprise environments.
• Advanced expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and configuration management tools such as Ansible.
• Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Groovy scripting.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift, including cluster management and workload orchestration.
• Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and infrastructure tooling.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, security policies, and access control mechanisms.
• Excellent communication skills in English and proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Work Mode: Hybrid in Costa Rica.
