TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Switzerland or remote from Europe

What you will do

Design, implement, and optimize delta-neutral automated market-making strategies.
Manage capital, position risk, and inventory across trading vaults.
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate strategies into execution infrastructure.
Monitor strategy performance and iterate to improve efficiency and reduce risk.

Requirements

3+ years in quantitative trading or systematic market-making, in crypto or FX.
Proficiency in Python and/or Rust.
Strong analytical and execution skills.
Understanding of delta-neutral hedging, inventory risk, and derivatives markets.
Experience managing risk in volatile or low-liquidity environments.
