What you will do

• Maximize the customer experience and lifetime value of your customer portfolio.
• Deliver proactive 1:1 treatment, including personalized offers via phone, email, and other channels.
• Ensure a safe environment by following best-in-class KYC, AML, and RG practices.
• Monitor, track, and analyze the financial effectiveness of campaigns through regular reporting.
• Work closely with other teams to create the best possible customer experience.
• Understand customer needs, translate them into business actions, and identify new sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or sports-related subjects.
• Experience in the iGaming industry and/or sales is required.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset and advanced Excel knowledge.
• Strong negotiation, influence, communication (written, verbal, presentation), and sales skills.
• Fluent English language skills are essential.
• Critical German language skills are required to communicate with stakeholders.
