What you will do

• Contribute to and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and strategies.
• Define and align system-level test strategies across teams.
• Improve automation to speed up delivery with better results.
• Provide input on design and architecture from a testing perspective.
• Lead technical discussions on testing infrastructure and mentor junior engineers.
• Partner with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure automated test frameworks align with project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in software testing and automation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or similar languages.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like Cypress or Playwright.
• Strong understanding of test architecture, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience leading testing initiatives and mentoring engineers.
• Must be based anywhere in the Czech Republic.

Nice to have

• Experience testing mobile apps on iOS and Android.
• Use of Storybook for component testing.
• Knowledge of release processes, observability, and test management tools (e.g., Qase).
• Familiarity with tools such as Xcode, Android Studio, and browser dev tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and mobile build systems.
